Partnered with Licensing Resource Group, LLC (LRG) for "No Equal" campaign, including athletic marketing, retail, brand activation, and logo rollout. Collaborated with LRG to manage licensing program, streamline internal approval process, and develop kid-friendly mascot logo. Handled RFPs and negotiations for merchandise vendors. Cultivated licensee relationships and managed trademark registrations.
